Susanoo Shrine

This old shrine originates from the Menowa tradition. It is also referred to as Gionsan or Tennosha and attracts widespread popularity. The gate along the prefectural road was the castle gate and was transferred from Sagata Castle.
Fujio-no-taki Falls

The Fujio falls consist of three waterfalls downstream from Fujio Dam; the 12-meter-high"Ichi-notaki" (first waterfall), the 24-meter-high"Ni-no-taki" (second), and the 8-meter-high "San-no-taki"(third). The splendor of the pounding falls contrast to seasonal tints, such as spring greens and autumnal colored leaves, provides wonder to the eye.
